Here are some pictures of my sister moving in to her storage shed. It is only temporary until she comes back from Iraq. This is her third and final time going over. She will be gaurding a prison and working with the army. She should get back home around mid September if all goes right. She won't be going over until Feburary I think.

Well here is the story of my first buck. It was at 7:15 in the morning on the first day and I was watching to other bucks that weren't leagal. And as I was trying to decide if they were leagal they started to walk away and as they did something moved in the weeds where they had come out of. I thought that it was just a doe and since I have a doe tag that I would shoot it. Well as I was watching the other two bucks Denny was talking to me on the radio and said that if they were leagal shoot, just as he said that a monster came out of the weeds and bushes, I told him to shut-up a big one just came out. He said that as soon as I clicked off the radio he heard me shoot. I got back on and told him that it was me that shot and I didn't know if I got him or not I didn't see him anymore. Well when Denny came over to me we walked over to it and we were both shocked at to how big it really was. Well here are the pictures that you all have been waiting for. I am getting it mounted as well. The place I took it to had made a deal with Garry Bills, that if we cut him $425 worth of firewood who ever gets the biggest buck would get it mounted fro free. Well since I made lunch for the guys who cut the wood I got to take part in the deal as well. So if nobody else gets a bigger buck mine should be free. Either way it is getting done, since it is my first one and it is a monster.

Here is a picture of Denny's gun cabinet that he had made from wormy oak that he sawed out himself at Doug Miller's saw mill a couple years ago. He had the wood dried in a kiln, then he gave it to his then boss's son, who offered to make him a gun cabinet. Considering he is only seventeen years old and this is his first one, we think he did an excellent job. He was so pleased with his work that he almost wanted to keep it for himself.
The puppies are here
The puppies started to arrive last night around 9:15 and she had her last one this morning around 6:45a.m. Here is a picture of the proud mother and her new babies. She had 10 but one was still born. There was originally 6 boys but the one that was still born was a boy and there is also a runt that is a boy and he isn't going to make it either. And there is 4 girls and they are doing fine, so are the rest of the boys as well.

Happy Thanksgiving
Since this is my first time blogging I thought that I would start simple with saying Happy Thanksgiving. Olivia and Willie are watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade. They get real excited when they see something they recongize. This is the first year they have been able to watch it. We are just killing time until it is time to eat. We are going to Den and Penny's house for lunch.
